Our culture packet is packed all liquid kombucha culture - then the magic happens. Within a few days a beautiful new scoby appears and continues to grow. When you see the packet, a few weeks or a few months after production, you'll see the packet is full of soft, active scoby ready to go to work to brew a perfect batch of kombucha.
